 Cookie Took my dad, Laurie and we climbed the steep stairs to the cool studio like room and waited in anticipation for the arrival of the Break. Rob, Martin and Jim from Midnight Oil and Brian from the Violent Femmes. We spotted rock photographer Philip Morris in the crowd and so did Rob as he entered to begin the set. Happy smiles all round. It was such an awesome night, the boys dressed in white, then orange space suitsjust sending us on a sonic journey to surf rock heaven. Got to chat with the band later and get a few things signed, including a poster to send to David in the UK, dad took lots of photos and vids... The Break Nov 02, 2024

 Cold Brew QUICK question , Why does the gorge now say it’s in Quincy Washington ? I worked there and put in 72 + concerts and assure you the address is George Washington. Please double check me but every internet search including the link from George Washington’s city page pops up with the gorge being in George.  Helen Kearns Looking at The Cure - their 1980 tour date is wrong ( unless my ticket is !) as I saw them in Derby on May 6th at the Assembly rooms. I still remember it well but curious ( pardon the pun) - it shows Sheffield - I think my ticket is correct , if so , do you need to amend the tour date on this site ?
