 E.Fud Really fun - Randy Bachman’s guitar sounded phenomenal and his vocals were spot on; Burton Cummings keyboards were fabulous, his voice a wee bit rough but still, his stage presence and showmanship were fantastic. These men were joyful and having a great time on stage and really appreciative, and their attitudes and love of their music and performing made the show be such a fantastic experience. The accompanying band were all consummate pros so the sound was great, and the backing LED show was thoughtfully put together, it may have been heavy nostalgia and a romp through the 70s, but that music absolutely holds up and is so perfect to listen to.; it’s quintessential road music if you ask me, NEVER get old!  Patrick Clark 16 Missed the show. Was waiting tables at Dino’s that day. A couple hours before it started, the restaurant was empty except for the bartender, manger and me. And John Prine walked in, alone. I took his order, brought his lunch & a beer. Told him it was all on me because I was a huge fan. He handed me a $20, & told me to go grab a couple glasses of whiskey and another beer. Then asked me to grab a seat. He was as kind, funny and brilliant a man as I’ve ever met. We (mostly me)drank a few beers, laughed and chatted. Then he shook my hand and left for the gig. It’s one of my most cherished memories. Rest well John, and thanks for the beauty you left for the World to enjoy.
