The tour will kick off on July 23 in Raleigh, NC and visit 31 U.S. cities and one Canadian city. Joining Paramore on tour are Tegan and Sara, the hugely popular pop rock act who released their sixth studio album, Sainthood, in 2009. Other amazing supporting artists will be announced at a later date. Paramore will take the stage with their third album, brand new eyes, the studio follow-up to 2007's RIOT! (which has sold over two million copies worldwide). The band has customized and autographed their very own one-of-a-kind Honda Civic Si Coupe, which will travel with them on the 2010 tour.  DIRT NAPP Overkill set list was never a thing. I was there Halloween night. Overkill was boo’ed and ran scared shitless off stage from the 1000 crazy slayer fans who first bummed rushed the doors as soon as they opened. Never giving chance to check your ticket. Security had tried keeping us from getting close to stage. It was a seated event, so crazy fans tore the bolted theater seats from the floor , throwing them to the stage and Overkill disappeared making way for Slayer and room for a mosh pit. Best show ever!!  Faye D This one was a keeper. My best friend and I had gone to a carnival in the afternoon before the show and she had won one of those old styrofoam pellet stuffed dogs with the black plastic flap ears. I told her to get rid of it before we went into the Coliseum, but she said no, she was going to throw it to DLR. I just laughed. We got split up after the show started (GA on the floor) and I ended up pressed up against this piece of stage that jutted out from the main stage. It was awesome. At one point, Eddie came out and was grabbing fans’ hands and I got hold of him and he probably thought I was never going to let go (I was, after all, a 15 year old girl, madly in love with him). What a great time! I met up with my friend after the show and she still had her carnival dog. I asked her why she hadn’t thrown it and she said she couldn’t because DLR had dripped sweat on it and now she had to keep it. Lol. Van Halen May 02, 2022

 Faye D This one was wild. The year 1986 is correct, but I’m not sure if it was May or June. I was in the Air Force, stationed at a tiny ground mobile ground radar site in Germany. We were fairly remote (for Germany) and never got any USO type of entertainment. One day, somebody came into the dorm and said a bunch of trucks were down the road at the ball field setting up stuff. This was totally unannounced. That evening, CDB put on a full blown free show for all of us, lights and everything. It lasted a couple hours and just kicked butt. He came out there to see us.  Faye D This was a good show by both bands, but the acts were pretty mismatched. Huey Lewis did a good job, this was just before he hit it big, but the biker crowd that showed up for the Doobies definitely did not appreciate his talents.  Faye D This show actually got bad reviews in the Star Tribune. I thought he kicked butt. His voice was great, very powerful still and he stood up there for hours, singing, without relying on a lot of chatter and storytelling to pad the time. He sang long and he sang well. I think it’s pretty pathetic when people knock an old man’s performance because he’s not dancing and performing tricks while he sings for them. This was an excellent show and I’d go see him again.
