They began as a three-piece with remaining members from a prior thrash project: guitarist Kevin Spivey, drummer Adam Walker, and original bassist Cisco Rivera. The sound shifted toward melodic death metal under Spivey’s songwriting influence. The lineup solidified in 2012 with guitarist Brent Overton and vocalist Zach Senicola.
