Florence + the Machine is a rock band formed in London, England in 2007 and fronted by Florence Welch. In 2009, the band dropped its debut album "Lungs". It appeared on nearly a dozen major "Best Of Albums" lists for the year while the accompanying tour remains the band's longest and most successful, spanning over 3 years with 256 shows across 18 legs. The band's sophomore album "Ceremonials" (2011) featured the band's first number 1 hit single in the UK and Ireland, "Spectrum (Say My Name)", and spawned another successful tour with 121 dates over 14 months.
