Ratcat was an Australian indie rock band of the late 1980s and early 1990s fronted by Simon Day. Their combination of indie pop songwriting and energetic punk-style guitar won them fans from both the indie and skate-punk communities.
These are videos from concerts where Ratcat played, so they may be of other bands that played the concert as well.
