TOMOO is a Japanese singer-songwriter celebrated for her distinctively deep, soulful alto voice and captivating piano-driven J-pop melodies. Born in Vancouver, Canada, in 1995 and raised in Tokyo from infancy, she began playing the piano at age six and started composing her own music during junior high school. After building a dedicated indie following, she made her major debut in August 2022 under Pony Canyon's IRORI Records with the single "Othello.
