Val McCallum's 2012 Concert History

Val McCallum has spent more than two decades as Jackson Browne’s guitarist, sideman, and co-writer, while quietly building one of the most respected careers in Los Angeles’ music community. A celebrated session guitarist, he has worked with artists including Lucinda Williams, Sheryl Crow, Gregg Allman, The Wallflowers, Randy Newman, Shelby Lynne, and many more. Yet despite the breadth of his work—and even a Phoebe Bridgers cover of his song “Tokyo Girl"—McCallum’s own music has remained something of a best-kept secret.
